Don't waste your time trying to get the bleeder out. Get a new caliper from the parts store for the 10-30bucks you spend will save you time and headache of trying to get that bleeder screw out.
Also a tip for next time as you are trying to loosen the bleeder screw with your wrench lightly tap on the head of the screw with a hammer this usually works unless the screw was already messed up also if you werent next time try using a flare nut wrench
