My paranoia turned out to be somewhat justified. The tree-guys did damage the next door neighbor's garage with the trailer being used to haul away the tree!
I am gratified, however, that the more distant neighbors didn't call 9-1-1 to report a bedraggled, yet rather nice looking, little old man walking the streets in PJs and slippers.
