With 2 inches of lift your not going to have too much trouble with pinion angle so cam bolts will most likely will not be necessary, but you will need to get it re-aligned after you lift since you will be changing the suspension. Your service adviser should be able to tell you if your
camber angle (6 degrees) is too far out and you will need to install cam-bolts. These are a dealer purchase part only by the way.
With two inches of lift you also shouldn't need to do a TC drop but if you pick up a vibration after the lift then you can buy one at that time.
Two inches is not that extreme but it changes your suspension just enough that knowing what to buy in advance is difficult.
