Not really sure if this will apply to your situation, but if you're feeling frisky/desperate: The brake/turn/tail light housings get their power through a 4-prong plug, similar to that of trailer wiring connections. To access these plugs, you'll need to remove the splash panels at the bottom of the rear fenders (straight down from the tail lights), and then you should be able to see the plug connection. Check those connections to make sure nothing is corroded, cracked, or just plain missing. You may have to also remove the light housings to better access and inspect the plugs and wiring.
