I wanna know why
I have to "press 1" for "English" when I call anywhere and get an automated phone system?!
I live here in the US and I happen to speak English which is our official language. I think you should have to "press 1" for Espanol or any OTHER language.
Why do I have to be inconvenienced? Am I right or am I right?? If I resided in Mexico would I be asked to "prensa uno" for Espanol? No I would not. It's ridiculous.
