I live here in the US and I happen to speak English which is our official language. I think you should have to "press 1" for Espanol or any OTHER language.
Why do I have to be inconvenienced? Am I right or am I right?? If I resided in Mexico would I be asked to "prensa uno" for Espanol? No I would not. It's ridiculous.

I used to complain about that. But I talked to a guy who deals with that stuff, and they still have to give the NON-toned rotary phones a way to hold the line. And instead of saying "For English Speakers without a Rotary phone" They just say "For English, press 1".
It's still annoying tho.
