Oh I understand you always look for the easiest things first because 9 out of 10 times it is a simple fix. You've already done basically a full tune up, did you put fuel injector cleaner in your tank when you did all of the rest? A bad o2 sensor will also cause your jeep to have all kinds of weird symptoms. Is there any smoke coming from your tailpipe? My ex gf's jeep had a bad o2 sensor and it was dumping fuel straight into the engine with symptoms exactly like what you describe, except hers was smoking and you could smell the unburnt fuel near the exhaust.
