Ahhh Thank you for this post!

I failed to mention that i also have 31's on with stock 4.10 differentials.
Without recalibrating my gauge cluster or computer, i get the same exact problem.

Well it isn't much of a problem now... like the posts above says, all i need to do is feel / hear and that perfect shifting right there.
