From what I know, the carriers will swap yes. The ring and pinions for the YJ will not swap with a TJ or CJ. Make sure you have the correct ratio carrier. There is a split around the 3.73 ratio I believe for the lower (numerically higher) gears. 10 bolts and 12 bolts? The 10 bolt is similar to a 44, in fact it uses the same outers. I believe the spline counts on the inner shafts are slightly smaller though, but the ring gear is close to the same size. I don't have a clue on 12 bolts.
