I replaced both of them. I had never done any brake work before and let me tell you, I was as simple as it gets! I got the calipers at Pep Boys and they were only $15 each after the core charge. You might as well slap some new pads on there as well, they are also cheap and it won't make any extra work for you. Hopefully your rotors don't need turned, but you can take them to any machine shop and have that done (also pretty inexpensive). You will need to bleed your brakes when you are done.
