So i finally got my new wheels and tires put on, looks GREAT. but now i notice that i've got about half an inch between the rear flares and the tires. So will i need new flares or will it be fine??thanx

Sounds like some one is line for some serious tire rub. You have a lift? Or are you stock down there where it flexes? If you have stock suspention then what size tires are you running? tug

add a little more lift or a lift if you have none.

whatcha drivin... yj or tj? if it is a yj, you can either trim the flares for another inch, at the trimline... or put on some tj flares for some more clearance

I'm drivin an 88' YJ. Well i just put on a 2" shackle kit that raised it up enough to get the 31's under pretty comfortably. but im kinda worried about the rear, im afraid when i go wheelin im goin to rub and screw up my flares. so im thinkin a 1"-1.5" body lift would give me the clearance and its cheaper then buyin new flares. thanx
