DANA 300 TRANSFER CASE

The other day I was able to aquire a dana 300 transfer case at what I thought was a pretty good deal.(free) It came off of a SR4(its the ford trans) trans from a 80' CJ with a 4 cylinder. Now my question is will I be able to bolt it up to my 3 speed trans. Mine is a 79' CJ7 which has a T150 trans. Is there anything different about this one that will not allow it to work.

Nope, sorry dude it won't bolt up to your current 3 speed. Your best bet is to try to find a T-176 and swap that in too...make sure even IT comes with the adaptor to the D300...good transfer case.
