RE: Sure do miss you all!

i just bought a 96 cherokee, has some rust damage on the floor boards that was caused from the window leaking. there is also a leak from under the dash but i will search that one out soon. the rear passenger wing window is messed up. when the window is closed , it fits very loosly.i see that the bottom "hinge"is broken . how do you replace that window? i will be getting a repair manual soon but am looking for insite now. thanks in advance for any help

RE: Sure do miss you all!

First of all, congrats on being a Jeep owner. My condolences as well

Kind of strange for a 96 to be leaking in so many places already. Has it been in a bad accident or been vandalized where maybe the windows were all busted out?

If that's the case the leak under the dash may be from a windshield seal.

What part of the hinge is busted, the door side or the window side?
