what is the max power ( H.P and TQ) that the full-time np249 trasfer case can handle.???

it all depends on how stupid you get on the skiny pedal my friend has the tcase with a 383ci it has held up decent but he keeps his foot out of it

It doesn't depend, the manufacturer sets a HP and torque rating of each transfer case. Unfortunately I'm unable to find the numbers right now.
