if you are refering to the coil springs, NO, they are different diameter and will not fit the coil buckets.
all fords are rear leafs (not including the IRS trucks) and they are very long and have been put into a jeep, but not bolt on. also, most ford front ends is wither leaf (not at all desirable) or coils with a SFA and radius arms or coil/leafs/Torsion bar TTB.
