no gauge lights!!!!
i was at my girlfriends house tonight in the heep. since it is april I have the bikini top on and doors (since it was supposed to rain). we went out to eat and we were in her car. when we got back i hopped in the yj (after a heavy shower) and hit the lights..... well, I have head/tail lights and all of my running lights, my turn signal indicators,bright light indicators,etc.... my "open door" light also works (even when I use the dimmer all the way up). all of my gauges have no light. I have checked all of my underdash fuses (90 4.2) and they are all good. there is a white thing with no fuses under the fuse box that looks like it is supposed to have fuses in it. anyone have any suggestions????

Look for a loose or dirty connection on the gage light circuit ground. This happened to me once amd all I had to do was clean the grounding strap and was good to go.
