What about a TBI 4.3 for my 04 TJ ?

Been thinking a lot about a motor swap for my 04 Wrangler SE, with the 2.4L. I know i cant stick any of the older SBC's in an 04 jeep, but i believe they made the TBI 4.3 up untill 07. So it would be legal for an 04 install. I've never been real fond of an inline motor, which is why i thought about a 4.3 instead. The only problem i'll have is with the wires, because the 2.4L has coil packs, and the TBI 4.3 would have an HEI distributer, but both are OBD II set ups. So if anyone know how to make this work, or has a good source for a conversion harness, Please Advise.
