95-YJ Steelhorse Targa Top Problems

I already know I should not have bought it, but I didn't discover this web site till after the damage was done. I have already tried Steelhorse with no luck.

I can't get the front section to fit down on the windshield header. It is resting on the tops of the side windshield metal channels. I have cut them some, which has lowered it, but would like to know how much further to cut.

Could someone who has this top e-mail me some pictures of the front and sides, and the gap between the two sections, or measurements from the windshield glass gasket and the top.

I would appreciate any words of wisdom concerning installing the rear glass hatch and the fiberglass upper doors, haveen't started them yet.
