where would I be best served to spend my money....thinking possible throttle body spacer ($69.95) and maybe hi flow intake ($150) ..just starting out with this although it is my 2nd jeep. very stock 2.5L...

any suggestions will be appreciated.[addsig]

i'd def. go with the new air-intake system. i bought one for my xj and love it. be careful about combining it with a tb spacer though because of hood clearance. the whole air intake unit ended up sittin too high off my throttle body with both a tb spacer and air intake... so i had to ditch the tb spacer. just something to keep in mind:) [addsig]

I agree...I went with a K&N style cone intake on my jeep and it made a world of difference. Although you can make one wayyy cheaper than $150...try like $15. Then use some of the rest on a 4.0 throttle body and maybe some tow hooks hehe.[addsig]

4.0L Throttle Body from www.car-parts.com = $40
Flowmaster 50 DeltaFlow cat-back exhaust from www.rustysoffroad.com = $165

Go with the throttle body spacer and the air intake, I have both on my TJ and it does get you a little bit more power. I have the airaid system, it looks good and it wad easy to install. [addsig]
