I was driving the jeep last weekend. I looked down at the oil pressure gauge and saw that there was only 5 psi of pressure. After the heart attack, I quickly put 5 qrts of oil in (401 V. The oil pressure went up to 45 and settled around 20-25 when the oil heated up. I changed my plugs and wires this weekend. I inspected them and I'm not burning oil. It nevers leaves puddles on the ground when it's parked over night, and after driving it there is not oil sprayed on the undercarriage of the car. So where did my oil go? From everything I've seen, it doesn'r burn and there are no leaks. The skid plate under the transmission does look a little greasey, but 5 qts of oil?

Thanks for any advice you might have.[addsig]

it could burn oil... just at so slow of a rate that you can't notice it... many vehicles end up a quart low here and there with no signs of losing it anywhere... but keep in mind... there is NO way to completely seal out all oil to the combusion chamber[addsig]
