A Stubborn Dana 300 Oil Leak

I've changed the front oil seal on my transfer case twice, and the dang thing is still leaking. I would really appreciate any input on what I should do. I'm pretty much at a complete loss.

	Transfer Case Mounted behind and driven by the vehicle transmission, the transfer case transmits power to the front and rear driveshafts in 4WD Jeep vehicles and offers high and low range.

im going to guess that either it is in backwards if it is directional or that your smooth surface on the shaft/ collar of the yoke has devloped a groove only mild but enough to allow minor oil bypas or possibly tear the seal everytime you use it replace the yoke with a neone or if its a female collar situation take it into a machineshop turn it down and sleeve it then pollish the sleeve for a new seal surface. but you definately should be looking for a inperfection in the riding surface.
