Which part of the steering hits the bracket?
Is the axle correctly centered with the adj. track bar?
Is the axle in the correct location, fore and aft, post lift?

Is the contact slight enough you can grind away the offending metal on the sway bar bracket?

Can I possibly ask any more questions [addsig]
