Hey all,

I know I'm a girl and we do silly things sometimes, just bear with me here.
I have no really neat jeep things to discuss but I like to be active so I wondered if any of you would be interested in sharing a few little known things about yourselves in this thread. We can get to know our fellow jeepers better (well us newbies anyway) lol. If not, that's kewl too.

Humm, I guess I'll start.

Hi All,

I go the nickname "Sound_Man" because a was/am an audio engineer. Mainly outdoor and indoor arena rock shows. My day job is as a system administrator/network administrator for the US Army on Ft Carson in Colorado. I spent 17 years in the Army and would have stayed longer but I screwed my back up. I am originally from northern Baltimore county (I miss O.C. LadyJeepFreak!) grew up all over the planet as a military dependant. I am staying put for a while now here in Colorado. I have been moving all my life and need a place I can call home. I have been playing guitar and bass since I was 4. That makes it a long damn time. I love the outdoors and crawling around in the Rockies in my XJ.
I have had 2 other jeeps besides my current XJ.

FOR SALE - OFF ROAD 4X4 TRAILER

I am Randall from Anniston, AL ( half way between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL just north of I-20). I bought my 95 YJ in May of 2002. I am kinda new to the Jeep thing, but I have caught on quick. I enjoy anything outdoors. mostly, fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. hunting is my most favorite. I like to get out and just drive through the mtns in my YJ. Just moded it up about a week ago and love it. That pretty much covers me.

Knocking sound coming from the head once shut off.

My name is Keith and I am really new here. I live NW Arkansas in Fayetteville. We moved here from Juneau Alaska two years ago. We had no real reason for picking this place. But after a ton of research it was the place to be. I couldn't be happier!!!

I own one 79 CJ7 but have owned 4 or so jeeps. I also love to ride motorcycles. I currently have a Kawasaki ZRX1200, but another stable mate is always a threat with me.

I am a Nissan part manager and have really enjoyed life since I realized chasing the dollar wasn't worth the loss of doing something you love.

I will be a regular on this site. I am a three year member on two bike sites. How I waited this long to look for a jeep site is beyond me?

Look forward to chating and meeting some you guys.

Keith

PASmokeater, Electrician, and Volunteer Fire fighter in Bensalem, PA (hence the name). I have a 99 Sahara, FINALLY lifted with 33's stuffed under her (the old timers were getting sick of all the mods I WAS gonna do, so I had to get something done lol).

I enjoy Jeepz.com, Jeeps, and Jeepers in general. I'm a moderator of the Board, and a co-conspiritor of the first annual Jeepz Week in Tennesse.

I enjoy meeting all of you (if not all, most lol), and love to chat about Jeeps and life in general. I don't claim to know everything, but I try to help and if I can't, at least try to pint you in theright direction.

All of the members here are helpfull, knowledgeable and friendly.

No, I'm not going to mention my Daughter, as that seems to drive all the young studs nuts, but I will say that I am a single Dad.

That's about it, aside fromthe fact that you all are like family to you (some very distant cousins, and I like it that way lol), and I keep you all in mind as much as I can.

BTW.......Lady..........Why don't we get drunk and (you can fill in the blank)..JK

LOL

Hey.. Guess I'm not the only graewulf on here after all!!

I'm the IT director for a payroll company.. in my spare time i do web sites for friends (see PAsmokeater's - nice site). Also am into model railroading, pulling jeeps out of the mud (come on, i had to say it), going wheeling in the jersey pines, am a member of the SCA, tread lightly, and the National Space Society.

I'm from the soutnern part of NJ, grew up here actually. Am trying to adopt a little girl with my wife, who also enjoys going off-road (now i just need to get her to drive a stick...)

thats a good start about me...

My name is Danny and I live in the north east part of Tennessee in the mountains. I am not very interested in winning the rat race so I strive to have more relax and fun time than money. I work as an Auctioneer and Antiques seems to be my field of experence. This comes from never haveing anything new growing up so I got to know old stuff rather early in life.

I love trail riding and my jeep. I am Maried and have two boys living with me. I have an ex and two girls in Anchorage Alaska where I spent a little over 8 years. The youngest turns 18 next month.

I spent much of my life working as a carpenter and cabinet maker. I have spent most of my life self employed as I am now. A 3 year hich in the US Army Infantry. some time in Texas, Florida, and shot stays all over. I hold a class A CDL and can drive about any thing on the road with some degree of control.

As my name implys I have had to fight my way through this life Tug and Pull all the way. I too love music and am a Buffet head. From his music I find one favorite line. "Some of it is magic, some of it is tragic, but it has been a good life all the same" Tug
