I have a 94 xj, no serious mods on it. I am looking to buy a lift kit soon. So far the best looking one is the 6130 4.5" SuperFlex kit, $950. It seems like the best package. I was just reading over a few things and I found that a slip yoke eliminator and a cv drive shaft is recommended. Is this really necessary? If so, who makes reliable parts at a decent price? Any help would be nice.

I'm not endorsing this guy, but he does offer some interesting alternatives. Have you looked at www.rustysoffroad.com

Keep in mind that I do not plan on doing any serious rock crawling.

I have looked at Rusty's, the 4.5" kit is definatly cheaper. It also comes with shocks. However, it is missing upper control arms.

Someone mentioned to me that I might beable to get away with out a SYE. I have a 94 xj, anyone have some experience with this?[addsig]
