how is plowing in your jeep? i have a friend who has 3-4 CJ's for plow trucks, and he always has a problem with the pumps freezing up. do you encounter the same on your YJ? i am looking into starting a plow business with my old man. i'm thinking about getting a plow for my YJ. i know it is small and maneuverable compared to an f-350 but does it seem "top heavy" it just makes me think it would with my massive 4.2 and a plow.

welp.... i have a 200lb rear bumper for a counterweight to keep my butt down. that helps a lot in keeping traction with all 4 wheels. my pump does freeze up now and then, but that has nothing to do with the fact that it is on a jeep. I switched to a low freeze temp hydraylic oil and i have not have a problem with it since... i flush my entire system with kerosene every year before plowing, i have yet to get that going this year... that gets rid of any water or moisture that may be in the system. The money is great once you get a customer base
