Hi, I have a 92 4.0l that wont start. I have pressure at the fuel rail and I get spark. The engine will cough alittle when I first start to crank it. Battery has good charge and engine cranks at normal speed. My jeep ran find until last saturday when it was close to 0 degrees outside and it almost started but nothing since then. I dont know if the cold was a factor. I have it in my garage now and it has been above freezing since that morning. I shot ether into the intake and it still wont fire so I dont think its a fuel problem. If I have a bad CPS would I still get spark????
Thanks for any help, Mark.

Re: Homemade Snorkel

Yes, you could still get spark with a bad CPS, however the spark could be at the wrong timing, etc... since with a bad CPS the ECU can loose track of TDC and Engine RPMs.
