I was trying to put my 1999 Jeep Cherokee into 4WD-low and it stuck in 4WH and won't budge. I can't even get it back to 2W drive. Someone please help.

put it in reverse and back up a few feet... then put it back in neutral (transmission, not t-case) and try to take it out of 4WD high again.
