I just got a 2000 jeep cherokee, and it went thru it's first heavy snow recently. With some snow on them I ran the wipers and think they got zapped a little. When I'd completely swept the snow off the wipers finally, the intermittent wipe function would not work. When I select intermittent now the wipers go at the normal rate; and when I move the wiper handle to the off position the wipers stop instantaneously on the windshield, as opposed to completing the wipe cycle. Anyone have ideas on how I can fix this? I checked my manual to no avail. Does something need to be rewired? Thanks in advance. [addsig]

Is it under warranty? If so let Jeep take care of it for you.
