Problem with 4 wheel drive

Ok about 1 year after i bought my 2000 grand cherokee, i noticed that when its in 4 wheel drive and i turn corners, the rear wheels like to drag and almost lock up, so i took in and they said it was the transfer case and replaced it.Well it has still been doing it, When i slip it into 4 wheel and round pretty much any corners the rear wheels drag and almost pull me to a stop, there is also a loud grinding sound like bad breaks, i have a V6 4.0 selec-Trac 4WD system, thanks all

Re: Problem with 4 wheel drive

Do you have it in part time 4wd or full time 4wd? If you have it in part time, its going to do that every time.

By the way, you have an I6 (straight), not a V6.
