I'm posting this for someone else....
I have just found out that my 97' Jeep Grand C Laredo is going to have to have the rear barrings and the differential replaced. I have heard that some of the 97' JGC were defective coming out of the factory. The dealer that I bought it new at has said that they would pay for the parts if I paid for the labor. Should I have to pay for the labor of something that was done in the factory wrong? Is there a voluntary recall on those parts with the 97's.
