re blew my motor

[blown XJ]

so i found an 84 cherokee for like 700 bucks but it has a carb can i still use that motor and just swap my fuil injuetion parts to it. like the cps and all the other stuff??


ps will a Rebuilt Jeep 4.0 inline 6 cylinder. that is set up to fit in 91-95 wrangler work in a 89 xj with out alot of work??
any help will be great i need this fixed as fast as possble

ps any close around the lebanon oregon area that could help with the motor swap never done this before..

I can't comment if that motor would work or not, but I'd hold out. $700 seems like a good amount of money. I'd look to get a whole car for that price.
