Help!

Ok well I am trying to take the front suspension off my jeep with a 6.5in lift so I can replace the bushings with polyurethane bushings and I've run into some probems. First off the people before me broke that tab off that holds the nut for the lower part of the tracbar. Any ideas how to get the nut off? Also when trying to put the nuts back on the bolts that the grease fittings go on, they only screw on a little and then the bolt and ball spins. Any ideas how to get that to stop spinning? Thanks.
