Log In Slackin'

Have'nt logged in 4 some time. When last I did ,I spoke about lifting my XJ 2" and feeling a slight vibration at higher speeds. I think whoever said it might be a u-joint issue was probably right ,but I've been driving it for over a month now and I think I worry too much. It's very slight and I'm not going to sweat it for now. Thanx guys ! I did build a safari style roof rack at work and mounted it on the existing stock roof rack bars. It came out sweet, I climbed up and jumped up and down pretty hard, it's light and sturdy. The best part is I used left over material from work so it cost me nothing and once I painted it black it looks good. There's something cool about going the budget route. Later!

Re: Log In Slackin'

Hey bounty hunter, thanx. Not really sure what year.I bought it used from a shady lot here in portland who has it titled as an 84 with a 2.5 4banger.The title and vin check out but that's not what it is.I've narrowed it down to some where between 91 and 94.I have the 4.0 litre h.0. i-6 with the open cooling system.I have the np242 t-case,dana 35 rear, dana 30 front.I love it and I'm figuring things out as I go so all input is welcome.

Welcome back!! I'm thinking you could do a carfax to find out the history, but I guess that's all based on the VIN.... . Good luck on your search.
