ok.. Can a Fuel injectors cause a Vaccum leak?

well.
i have a few busted Fuel injectors on my 97 I6 4.0
and i Replaced 1.. and now i can't really get a good Fit..
i replaced a couple O-rings,
but now every time i start it.. and it idles.. i hear like a hiss..
i was just wondering what can cause this.. i am thinking a Fuel injector isn't properly inserted..
so what you think?

no, not the fuel injector and a hiss....if your injector isn't installed properlly you'd A. smell gas 2. get a miss fire or D. wouldnt run at all...

your hiss is probably from a hose you forgot to reconnect...check that...

get some highly flamable spray and spray in specific areas (with engine on) and when the engine surges that's where your leak is... and so on and so forth

Re: ok.. Can a Fuel injectors cause a Vaccum leak?

the hiss seems to be coming from under, or around the Fuel injectors/ Fuel Rod.
but i am planning to take it somewhere so they can fully fix my jeep.
cause i am not that advance at this...

don't want to mess it up more.. lol so in a week or so i should get it fixed.. thanx for your response..
