1989 Cherokee Turn Signal

I was driving recently and the turn signals started flashing rapidly. Now I have no turn signals at all. Any ideas on what to look for? Do I start with a bulb, or do I look at the fuse panel and/or flasher relay?

Welcome to Jeepz!

I'd check the bulbs first. Also look for any rust / corrosion in the bulb socket.
