90 Cherokee door opens VERY hard

Both of my rear doors open VERY hard from the outside! The passenger side is the worst but it will open if you press in hard enough. It does not feel like the button or linkage is stuck, just that you have to push so hard! Anyone had a similar problem or rather FIXED a similar problem! Have a great day! if i were you, and had the time and patience, i'd pull the doors apart and grease all the moving parts...[addsig]
