Antenna ?s

I had posted this question on the electronics section of the forum and got no response so ill try it here. I have had a problem with my antenna on my Jeep where it keeps wiggling out of the socket and wont stay in, so i have to keep screwing it back in. is there a way to solve this. oh, and since its the stock antenna, the reception is terrible, is there a brand/type of antenna that might get a little more better reception?

I don`t know anything about cherokees, so about the only thing I know to try would be loc tite on the threads

As far as the reception, just check all
conections. Good luck!!!

I got tired of snapping mine off on limbs etc.........
Search ebay for "hidden antenna" Mounts above headliner or in dash. Reception isnt as good as stock antenna, id say a 7 outta 10 in reception.

NAPA carries them for @$25
