95 Grand Cherokee Laredo won't start

It had a problem starting one day than ran good the next, gave it a tuneup and changed fuel filter, ran fine than stalled and hasn"t started. There is fuel pressure, spark, injectors are getting power but there does not seem to be fuel getting into cylinders. I can crank the engine and pull the plug and have a dry plug. Please let me know what else to check. Thanks

You can cycle the key three times (last time to the run position) and the check engine light will display on board trouble codes. Not the best diagnostic, but may give you some ideas.
Just for the heck of it, try starting it while holding the throttle (gas pedal) at around 1/8-1/4 open. If the IAC jams shut it may not start.
Fuel pressure may fool you, there may be pressure there, it may not be enough.
I've heard some stories about the syn sensor or cam position sensor as it is sometimes called going bad. Never had one go bad myself. I'm not sure what the symptoms are. If you have spark it is doubtful to be the crank position sensor.

That seems odd that the injectors would have power but not pulse fuel into the cylinder. With both spark and fuel mixed with the air at the same time calls for ignition. You might want to re-check the diagnosis and verify whats there and what isn't there. I would suspect that IF the fuel pump is the culprit, you should be able to momentarily start the engine with a light spray of starting fluid into the t.body. This will verify that there is spark if it starts and dies. IF it doesn't, re-check it for spark. Chuck metioned about checking it for DTC's, that's always the first step for diagnostics to lead you to the correct path of isolating the cause. If its a "lost cam and crank syncronization" or a " no CKP signal received by the PCM" then it's most likely caused by a failed CKP sensor.
