Have you checked to make sure it has the right amount of fuel pressure?

if it is like my 99 cherokee, there are also 2 relays marked asd (auto shut down) under the hood. I had one of those go bad it shut down my fuel pump.

i got it to run by blowing some air into the vacuum hole on the pressure regulator and figured out the gauges and its reading around 25 psi (i think its supposed to have between 33-35) it will idle and run but is missing pretty badly.
