How to get dashboard off CJ

What would batman use at the rubicon

I am trying to install a radio/CD player in my jeep cherokee, 1996 and a new radio antena wire, I don't know how to get the dashboard off, also the fan on the a/c only blows from above dashboard and at the feet. Any ideas and/or suggestions. Any help is really appreciated. First time here.

Never owned a XJ (Cherokee) But you may want to check the Dash vent see if it comes off without screws. then if so, look under for screws to open the dash.

CJ's are actually what Wranglers were designed from.

Got dash off, heater/AC only blows at defroster and at feet no matter what position fan is in, any suggestions while I have the dashboard off?
