most intakes will do the same thing, K&N filters are supposed to be the best so buy the cheapest intake and put a K&N filter on the end....as for exhausts I'm not sure what the best is....I'd stick to gibson or borla....not sure on the throttle body, I'd like to know that myself. There really are any cons I can think of fot the intake and exhaust.....they both make your Jeep louder...which isn't a problem in my opinion so thats just your opinion. I have an intake on my jeep now and it gives it a nice full sound......if you have an i-6 remember that an exhaust will not make it sound as deep as one of the big Z-71's, but it will sound good [addsig]

a throttle body spacer (TBS) rifles the air flow going into the block wich improves the quality of it in some way. Ive been in the market for an ram intake for my YJ, but i havn't really been able to find one. Arid makes one for the TJ, and ive seen one for the YJ in Quadratec, but does anyone know of someone else who makes one, piticuarly for the i-4 2.5L?[addsig]

I went with a 4.0 throttle body, power aid TBS, K&N Intake system. As far as exhaust, I run a Borla header down to the stock pipe with a free flow cat, to a Ravin Z-33 series muffler and again out the stock tailpipe with a 3" tip.[addsig]
