guys if u can help i sure do need it . here we go i got a 1990 with a 4.2 an cant find the ignition module to start with any one know where it would be or has any one done the bypass on a 1990 4.2 an had the deal thanks

Assuming we are both talking about the same module, it is on the driver's side under the radiator and windshield fluid reservoirs.

no sir its not there looked an even called the jeep dealer with no luck thanks for your help 1990 wrangler 4.2 automatic

I'm reading from the Haynes manual I've got for the wife's YJ......under "Carbureted six-cylinder endine" - "...and an ignition control module located on the passenger's side firewall in the engine compartment". Not real informative, but I hope it helps.
