RE: Re: RE: Think this guy likes his wiring??

I haul Chrysler products for a living and I had to go get some Dakotas yesterday at this facility, and inside there, I saw 3 '07 Wranglers. They were not complete, or painted but the bodies were all there. And! There is going to be a 4 door!! I talked to the guys there they were pretty cool.
Just wanted to let u all know!

P.S. I now have an '05 Rubicon

What did the guys there have to say about it? What engine? Drivetrain? Does it have "mall rated" badges?

Congratulations on the Rubi.....that is if it's really yours, and not one you "forgot" to deliver.....oh well, congrats either way

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Think this guy likes his wiring??

They told me I could not take any pictures..I asked LOL.
I do not know about the suspension. These were just bodies sitting on
specialized "pallets".
Maybe when I go there again, I will go in to use the potty and bring in my phone with me.
I can say that it looks as though there is gonna be a storage area underneath the rear
passenger seat, and that the windshield will not fold down.

RE: SOA CJ7: too top heavy?

Ya, I assume so, the doors have that external hinge. It was just SO much to take in. I will go back again.
Oh, and it looks as though the tail lights are going to be recessed. Meaning, they will be flush with the body.

I wouldn't take pictures if there are signs saying not too. You could get into a bit of legal trouble if you post them.

For the love of all that is sacred and holy Man, find out if it will have a solid front axle!!!!!

Even if there was no legal trouble, I doubt you would still be delivering vehicles for DC if they found out you were posting unauthorized pictures on the internet.

Ya, don't take any pictures if they are saying not too.

Besides that, the new Wrangler sounds kind of interresting. If you go back, ask them if it will have IFS or a solid axle!
I like the flush taillights too. I think that looks way better than those goofy ones that stick way out...and are always the first thing to get smashed in!

Tell us more as soon as possible!!!!
