Got nailed with vehicle inspection...need fender flares.

Sorry I havent been on lately, been workin and such. well anyway im lookin to do some major modifications to the YJ. Sr. year is comin on and im gettin a new vehicle so the oppurtunity to make the YJ a trail rig is coming on.
As of right now the YJ has a 2" shackle lift and a 1" body lift.

I want to put a 3-4.5" suspension lift on but havent decided what one yet. possibley some input on which one and why would help. What other hardware would I need?? sway bars, sabilizers, ect...???

Im looking to put a new front end in with manual locking hubs, what would be a possible candidate?? an old CJ maybe??

Im looking to put a 5.0 v8 in but am not sure if it will work and was wondering if there is someone that has already one it that has a write up on it or has a kit i can get for it. Im lookin to hook up a c6 trani if it will mate up and will work out alright, this im not sure?? Would it be wise to get a new transvercase to replace the stock?? if so any suggestions??

Ok so im lookin at a 6-7.5" lift, i might take off the body lift, but anyway what size of tire would i be able to run?? Would i need to regear?? Im lookin to make it able to drive on the street but mainly a trail rig.

Anyone know of a write up for a custom flatfenders??

Its kinda early to start making major plans but im wantin to start gathering everything up so when college rolls around and im short on cash i could get most of it put on or some with most of the money spent.
Well any help will be appreciated, Thanks everyone

You can try advance adapters for kits to put that 5.0 in.

RE: Sherrif Brody would

Is the 5.0 fuel injected? If not, you won't be very happy when it comes to hill climbs. With 6"-7" of lift, and some fender trimming, you'll be able to stuff 35's nicely. You don't have to re-gear, but I would highly recommend it, it'll make a world of difference. As far as suspension lifts go, BDS and Rubicon Express make some nice flexy springs. Don't rule out custom made springs from Alcan. They tailor fit a set of springs just for your needs.

RE: Major modifications- YJ

Does anybody know any good sites where people have done this setup?? i've seen one where the guy took the 5.0 and put almost a whole like 60-70's bronco drivetrain under it. but owuld i be able to mate a c6trani up to the 5.0?? I saw where the guy put a bronco transfercase in it(D20) but what are my other options?? Thanks
