I'm swapping a 4.0L into my CJ7, and should I end up not stroking it, I would like to add performance otherways. Right now I don't have a coil for it, but have the essentially new Ford TFI conversion from my 258 and MSD Blaster TFI coil. Would these work with the 4.0L? or do I just need to buy a coil made for the 4.0L? Also, what other cost-effective power mods are out there for the 4.0L? I plan on installing a crane cam since I'm rebuilding the engine anyway...any suggestions on which one?

4.0L ignition upgrade
Check out www.performancedistributors.com for their FirePower Ignition kit for the 4.0L, I'd go that route stroker or not.
