alt upgrade

someone mentioned there were rebuild kits for the ac delco that jumps the output up. i htink they said jc whitny had it. i have the palladin alt in my 88 yj and need more amps. any one got the part #? how hard is the up grade? thanks guys for the help you guys never steer me wrong.

I didn't see the performance rebuild kits on the website, let me check a catalog if I can find one. The install is pretty easy, but it's been a while.
