difference between 02 and 03 wranglers

i've been looking at performance upgrades. in the Quadratec cataloge, they list alot of parts thea are for the 97-02 4.0L engine.

what makes it diffeence from the 03?

I could be wrong but I think they changed transmission in the 03, which of course leads to changes in all the parts attached to it. I know I had a hcck of a time getting clutch parts earlier this year, and I was told it was a tranny thing. They also offered a 2.4L that year, which I have as compared to a 2.5L other years.
