85 CJ7 steering shaft wobble

Hey guy I have an issue to deal. I was trying to recenter my steering wheel today and looked under the hood and grabbed my steering shaft and you can move it pretty good It is the borgeson steering shaft. I think the restainer has pooped out of the clip at the column near the wall I am attaching a pic so you can see what I mean. Just wanted to get a second opinion before I rip it apart.
