soft top for 2002 Wrangler Sport

I've got a simple question. I purchased my 2002 wrangler with a hard top. I noticed in the classified section of the local paper a soft top for a 2003 wrangler. First question. Will it fit? If not, how much modifications are necessary to make it fit? Is $300. a good price?

I think it depends on what condition the soft top is in... Also, does it include all the hardware? If not, you can get a new one for $400, so it does not seem like such a great deal to me (soft-tops are damaged easily; the clear part gets scratched) but if it includes the hardware, it may be worth looking into it (again, depending on the condition of the thing). Just my 2 cents...

i used to have a 97, now I have an 03... biggest difference I can tell is that the latches are slightly narrower on the 03. There may be more though.
