Carburetor Jet and Sizing

Ok so I am thinking about changing the jet sizing because most of the driving I do is going to and driving around Tahoe. Right now everything is calibrated for sea level and I was wondering
A) is it even worth adjusting the carb
B) if so should I worry about jet size
